Our are meant to be eaten fresh, and we believe they taste better that way. But if freezing your meals is the route for you, here are a few notes to make for a better experience!
It’s a good idea to remove any fruits or raw veggies before freezing. For everything else, if you wrap it in cellophane or place in an airtight container, they should last up to 8 weeks without significant loss of flavor or texture once defrosted. We also recommend eating these frozen meals within 2 weeks of freezing for best results.
