We recommend heating on your stove-top or oven for the tastiest results. For the fastest option we recommend the microwave. All of our containers are microwave safe, except for our lids. Please remove the lild before microwaving.
Each of our meals have heating instructions on the label based on the specifics of that meal, so be sure to give that a look before you start prepping your meal.
