We collaborated with nutrition expert Ashley Koff RD (www.AshleyKoffApproved.com) and consulted current medical guidelines for prenatal and postnatal nutrition.
The resulting filter points out delicious nutrient-balanced meals to support you and your baby. And since we know you may encounter days where you feel hungry all day long or don't feel like you can get in more than a few bites, the meals are designed to satisfy you and your baby whether you enjoy them as a full meal or split them up into mini-meals that you get in throughout your day. This menu is meant to accompany and not replace your prenatal supplement(s). You'll find the New and Expecting Moms filter in the ordering process and you can customize it even further by telling us what ingredients you'd like to avoid.
