Our menu is on a 4-week cycle, with the exception of our Keto diet which is on a 3-week reset. The ultimate goal of our menu is for each week to have a balance of flavors, proteins, and dietary templates, while also balancing chef capacity.
There are many factors that go into our menu creation. Our menu is based on seasonality, ingredient availability, and sourcing changes, so our menu is subject to change.
