We'd certainly hate to see you go, but happy to walk you through the steps to cancel your order.
To CANCEL your order follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, select "Your Order"
- Click on "Manage Order"
- Click on "Order Status" on the left-hand side
- Scroll down and click the pink button "Cancel Your Order"
Note if you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you just need a break, consider pausing your order - we will save all of your preferences and you simply need to reactivate when you're ready...no need to go through the order flow again.
All edits to an order, including canceling an order, need to happen by the order deadline, Thursdays at 11:59pm (local time).
