Traveling out of town or just want to hold off on a delivery? No worries, we've got you covered. You can skip a week (up to four weeks at a time) and we will pick right back up automatically.
If you'd like to Skip a Week, please follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, click 'Your Deliveries' on the top of the screen
- Click 'Manage Weekly Plan'
- Under 'Order Status' click 'Skip a Week'
- Select the weeks you'd like skip, the toggle button will turn from gray to red
- Click 'Update'
- Under 'Your Deliveries', scroll to the bottom of your Menu and select 'Skip a Week"
Once you've made the edits to your delivery schedule, you will receive a confirmation email.
