When it comes to pausing your order, you have a couple of options!
You can easily skip up to 4 weeks directly from your menu. Once logged into your account, click to Customize Menu at the top of your screen to take you to your active order. Scroll down to the bottom of your menu, and click to Skip A Week.
You also always have the option to Pause Your Order indefinitely while maintaining all of your order preferences. That way, when you are ready to pick back up again, you can reactivate your order without having to click through the entire order process again.
To pause your order, click Manage Plan in your profile icon drop down menu at the top right of your screen. From there select to Pause Order.
Please note, all skips, pauses, and reactivation must be done before our order deadline of Thursdays at 11:59pm.
