Want to just skip a week or two while traveling? No problem, we have a Skip feature to make it easy.
You also always have the option to Pause Your Order indefinitely while maintaining your order preferences. That way, when you are ready to pick back up again, you can reactivate your order without having to click through the entire order process again.
To PAUSE your order, follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, click 'Your Delivery'
- Click 'Manage Order'
- Click 'Pause Order'
- A pink confirmation box will appear confirming your Pause and you will be sent a confirmation email as well.
To ACTIVATE your paused order, follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, click 'Your Delivery'
- Click 'Manage Order'
- Click 'Activate Order'
- The page will refresh and you will be sent a confirmation email noting your resumed order
Please note, all skips, pauses, and activation must be done before our order deadline of Thursdays at 11:59pm.
