Deliveries for customers within our local delivery zones are made by our in-house team or a third-party local delivery team. These customers will receive email and text reminders and confirmation if you opt into those communications from Territory. You can check your communication preferences within your account settings.
Customers who are within our national shipping zone have their deliveries completed by UPS. Each Friday, your order confirmation email will have your UPS tracking link in it. You can reference your UPS tracking number for the most up-to-date tracking information.
