Canceling your order is easy! To cancel your order follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, go to your Dashboard.
- Select the order that you want to make changes to.
- Scroll down and select 'Edit' in either the 'Home Delivery', 'Payment Method', or 'Dietary Preferences' sections.
- On the menu to the left side of the page, select the option for 'Order Status'.
- On the 'Order Status' page, you will select 'Cancel Order'. A pop-out will appear with a couple steps to follow to complete the cancelation.
Note: If you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you just need a break, consider pausing your order for up to 4 weeks or switching to a one-time order.
If you are canceling your order, please be sure to do it before our order deadline closes on Thursday at 11:59pm. If it is after this deadline, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
