Canceling your order is easy! To cancel your order follow the steps below:
- Once logged in, you will arrive at your Dashboard
- Select the order that you want to make changes to by clicking on the dropdown in the top left.
- Once you've selected the order you'd like to make changes to, scroll down on your Dashboard and click ‘Manage Order’ or 'Manage Subscription' on the bottom right
- Scroll down and you will find the option to cancel your order or subscription. A pop-out will appear with a couple of steps to follow to complete the cancellation.
- Once the Subscription is canceled, you will automatically be redirected back to your Dashboard. To cancel additional subscriptions or to review past orders, please review the drop-down from bullet 2.
Note: If you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you just need a break, consider skipping up to 8 weeks or switching to a one-time order.
If you are canceling your order, please be sure to do it before our order deadline closes on Thursday at 11:59pm. If it is after this deadline, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
