Canceling your order is easy! To CANCEL your order follow the steps below:
- Once logged into your account, click your initials icon at the top right of your screen.
- Select "Manage Plan"
- Order Status - Cancel Order
Note: If you cancel an order but choose to come back at a later date you will have to re-enter your meal preferences and dietary restrictions. If you just need a break, consider indefinitely pausing your order or switching to a one-time order.
If you are canceling your order, please be sure to do it before our order deadline closes on Thursday at 11:59pm. If it is after this deadline, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
